Several people in numerous servers in this game have been placed in botjail wrongly. When we try to contact the company online and by email we al all given a message about how the "majority" of people in jail belong there. Then when we do as requested, redownload the client download and then purchase 2 dragon balls worth of cps to get out, we come back the next day to find we are back in botjail. No one anwers the online help desk. I've been been waiting in the chat room for 5 hours to speak with someone. It would appear that TQ Digiatl is having some system problems and should compensate us or they are scamming us for money. Many people have played thsi game for over 5 years and have invested alot of money. Now we're gonna lose it all to TQ Digital who won't even respond. This really sucks. If anyone know how to resolve this other than quitting the game completely please help us.
