Monthly charges not cancelled as requested
Apparently I was browsing the web back in June, 2009 and looked at some get rich quick thing and signed up for something at a cost of $1.97 which if you don't cancel within a certain period of time, they bill you $79.90 every month thereafter. My bad. I didn't cancel and of course they started billing me the $79.90 every month. I called them after I noticed the charges and requested they cancel sometime in September. Took me that long to realize what was happening. My bad again. I thought it had been cancelled in September, so I didn't really look at it again until now. Of course, they have no record of speaking with anyone on the account. Needless to say, they just charged me again, yesterday and I asked them to remove this charge. They said they couldn't do that so I guess I need to know if I have any recourse at all or if I'm just screwed. I also want others to know not to trust these people. I think it is a rip-off from the word go! I never recieved anything from them in the mail or email. I'm not even really sure what their product consists of except a bunch of bull____. I realize I got myself into this mess, but I would like to warn others to stay as far away from them as possible.

Unauthorised charge to bank account
THese people also hit me twice on the 24th and 30th of november and now I am battling overdraft fees. Thought I had my personal information under wraps but apparently, I was wrong. I need to make some major canges to prevent anything like this in the future.

money taken without authority
£49.81 has been removed from my debit card without my consent or knowledge. I have told my bank and have emailed to request a refund.

$99 unauthorized charge
After paying the $1 charge for the kit, you will be charged monthly for difft. amounts, which are listed as difft. charges on your bank statement. The last one is $99 by TQG online Biz Kit. Call 1-800-497-4988 and demand to speak with a supervisor! You will probably get hung up on, but keep trying. I finally got a supervisor on the phone, and told her that my ATTORNEY would be contacting her if i didnt get a refund, and finally after arguing with her broken english, she agreed to refund it! Threaten with legal action and they refund your $$!! Good luck.

unauthorized charge
I checked my bank account this morning, To my suprise I saw a charge for $99.00. I called the bank and asked them to cance the charge, it was pending. The bank told me they could not cancel it because they had used the cvc #. Also that I should call the company and try to get my money back, Then I had to cancel and request a new credit card. So after all that i called the company and they told me all they could do is cancel the account and give me half of my money back. After Cussing up a stom and yelling for what seemed like forever, and requesting to speak to the supervisor and threatning to sue and get the police involved they finaly said ok we can give you all your money back in 3-5 days. we will see if that happens

fraudulent charges to my acct
This company charged my checking acct .99 cents the other day and I was in the process of getting this checked into by my bank when today I saw on my checking acct another charge from this same company for $79.90. I contacted the company and informed them that I did not authorize this charge. They refuse to give me back the .99 cent charge and they have issued a credit for half of the $79.90 and told me I need to file a police report & send them a copy of it so they can determine if I will receive the remainder of money back. I am unemployed and would not purchase anything when I am totally broke. The .99 cent charge caused the bank to charge me a $35.00 charge for overdraft. That tells you how broke I am. Now I have an additional $35.00 overdraft fee so this company has taken my money and has also caused me to incur additional charges totalling $70.00 that i do not have. Do not trust this company. They are scammers!!!

unauthorized charges
I checked my bank balance online today, and found 2 $79 charges on the same day from a company listed as TQG Online Biz Kit. I don't have any idea why charges were taken from my checking account, and have never heard of this company before. My checking account in now in the red, with an overdraft charge, as well, because of these charges. I will be calling them tomorrow, and contacting my bank as well.
