I m an employee of a Maruti Dealer. There is very worst situation of infrastructure, management and employees also. Even they didn’t get salary till half month. They didn’t get incentives from last 2 months. How person can work properly in that situation, even RM of that showroom know the entire thing, but he don’t say anything, he came for few hour only.

Our incentives come from maruti also but from last two month they didn’t give our incentive. Sometimes we are to be tired to give answer of customers question’s like-“kya is showroom me kabhi AC chalega, kam se kam fan he theek se chala do.
- For the Excess payments, customer is tired. They said only-we are bagging for our money.
- If 15 customers are their than they don’t get seats for sitting.
- How person can can work properly in that situation.

This thing is also affecting sales of Maruti, and spoiling Maruti names also.
