I purchased a necklace from a Traci Lynn Representative who came to my office for a vendor fair on November 17th. Exactly one month later the necklace broke and fell apart. It was the third time I had worn the necklace. I was at work speaking with my boss and reached up to touch my neck and the Silver Fox necklace broke and the beads went rolling all over the floor. The strand holding the necklace together was nothing more than sewing string and the beads were all plastic. I contacted the representtaive via email and phone and it took her 3 days to respond back. I requested a replacement. The representative said her return policy was 10 days..PERIOD. She did state that she would give me 30% off of another item in the catalog. I would never buy another Traci Lynn product. The quality and craftsmanship is very poor and the materials are cheap!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
