Customer Service
(1)Ordered Mako 18 lts in August called them to get some prices and discuss ordering of boat no one would return phone calls it was like it was a hassle for them to sell me a boat.(2) Had to call store manager and complain got my boat ordered was told it would be a few weeks and they would keep me updated on progress and give me an eta on delivery after about 6 weeks I finally called and asked when my boat would be there I was told a couple of weeks well about three weeks later I ride over there and my boat is sitting behind the store another salesmen told me it had been there a few days no one ever called to let me know it was even there. I had sent them several emails asking about it throughout this time period with no response(3) Bring my boat in for servicing and a few minor warranty issues nothing big they tell me it will be a few days so I ride back over there a week later and they haven't even started on my boat, well its been three weeks now and I can never get an answer from the service department and have sent the manager some pretty stern emails about how I feel about there customer service still no response I'm thinking I am going to report it stolen(haha). I will never buy another boat from Bass Pro shop Tracker Marine nor would I recommend them to anyone WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Unbelievable
We tried to buy a boat from these people; $14, 500 was about total price. They had the boat in stock and told us for some reason it would take two weeks. So we Ok'ed the 2 weeks. At the end of getting everything together they asked for a good faith deposit. We gave them a check $500 they asked for. Anyhow two weeks have gone by and no boat. The good faith check they asked for, the one they said would not be cashed and is not anywhere on the invoice but is in writing that we gave them, was cashed. They cashed the check that they were to give back upon pick up of boat. After 2 weeks we went to see why our boat hasn't moved. The mechanic said our salesman Beverly had left for the day, even though we saw that her truck is still there. We wanted to know why we don't have boat and why the check was cashed. They hid from us. While the mechanic stood there and laid. This has to be criminal! The check was to be given back when boat was picked up, BUT THEY CAN'T GIVE IT BACK THEY CASHED IT! AND THE KICKER NO BOAT! IT SITS IN THE LOT UNTOUCHED! And they won't even tell us what is going on. We just keep getting the run around. They lied and avoided us because they have no answer for us. We have been by this place every day to see our boat get taken into the bay to be worked on and it has not been moved! We asked to see the owner and were told the OWNER IS ON VACATION! NOW WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY ARE NOT SELLING US A BOAT AND THEY ARE KEEPING OUR GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT BECAUSE WE CAUGHT THEM IN LIES! ?They didn't like our attitude?. That is why they are not selling us a boat. They never planed on getting us a boat; all they were out to do was take our deposit! This is unbelievable that business is allowed to just rob people!

Terrible experience
I purchased a new Nitro 189 Fish and Ski boat from Tracker Marine in 2008 and had the shop add several items to the boat. I paid for a new larger trolling motor and base to be installed, a fish finder to be installed, and a separate depth finder to be installed on the console. When I received the call to come and pick up my new boat; the boat was cover and I signed the paperwork. When I uncovered my boat before I left the parking lot; I found my new trolling motor laying in the bottom of the boat and the base was not installed. The transom saver was not installed and was on the side of the trailer ready to fall off as soon as I turned out of the parking lot. When I informed the manager, he did not apologize and acted as if I was a nuisance to him. I had to wait for four hours for my trolling motor to be installed before I left the store. The staff is not customer friendly and they treated me as if I was the problem.
I contacted Tracker Marine Headquarters concerning this issue and several others that I have had with the Clarksville Store. They refuse to assist me and I will never purchase a boat from any Tracker Marine Store! If I can spend $30, 000 on a new boat and be treated like a nuisance, I will take my business to another store. I am currently looking to purchase a new pontoon boat and will not even go into the store to look at their select.
