This Courier service agents book the courier without knowing the stations where they can deliver the parcel or not.
And when the consignor came to know from the consignee after few days that he/she hasnt received the parcel till date then the agents and the courier service officials simply say that we assume that the delivery station is a district and we only deliver upto the district level only or agent has committed a mistake i.e he is wrong. Catch him !
Moreover they talk to the consignor in a very rude manner and sometime abuse also.
