My name is Bryan. I have returned to post yet another update to the Try.Tc complaints. After 260+ days since my first complaint, I would like to address to the person named "Sandy" who had make a comment about my situation and how the BBB resolved my issue. Sandy is in fact an insider on the Try.Tc (Trade Capital Company) or quite possibly the Palisades investment side of the house. I know them both quite well and I can tell you they are quite cunning and very very deceptive. If your dealings with them would ever start, you would not have resolved your credit line or in fact any reports to any of the 3 credit Bureaus that they have promised to report to. If any of you would like to talk about a class action suit against this company, I'm sure we can get it off the ground with a quickness. Please e-mail me asap. Not much money is needed for a case such as this, and with my resources, I'm sure this is possible. I too still to this day have a problem with this company reporting to TranUnion with false information leading to a bad credit report of 120 plus days of non payment when I have in fact been refunded to with the help of the Better Business Bureau. I have records on file of every step that I have taken during my dealings with my account with both Trade Capital and Palisades. Oh, by the way, I also know that CreditLoader was also part of this company (a Subsidiary of Trade Capital). Do not deal with this company; you will be burned by embezzlement.
