Hi... I wish to air my issues on the so called Tradesman Phones, we have 3 and after 6 months had not been happy with the battery life, covers and irregular miscalls due to not hearing the the ring tones. We treat our phones possibly better the others regardless is they are "tradesman phones" . They have just exceeded the 12mth warranty & it was my fault I didn't persue the faults earlier .Initally having paid for them outright was an error on my part .In the beginning we thought they were great and recommended them to whoever were keen for one . We have since changed our tune and have heard many other users have similar complaints to ours . We have all gone through covers as they can not handle the use especially when Texting, they also can't handle the heat of a closed car as the pad tends to swell ...Anyhow If there is someone who can sort out or give us an answer to the quality or solution to fixing the faults It would be appreciated.
