This business produces and markets trading systems for the stock and futures markets.
About 3 months ago I purchased a package of three systems from this business after receiving an information package in the mail. It cost me US$995.00 inclusive of postage to Australia. I received the package and reviewed its contents thoroughly. I then set about testing the systems. I found that my results varied from those portrayed by the advertising material even when tested over the same time periods. I also found other sources online that had tested the systems and had also experienced results differing from those advertised.
As the information package also outlined a 1 year no questions asked money back guarantee I decided to initiate this based on my findings. I received an email from the seller saying that I would have to send the material back to them but not have it receipted (to be signed) delivery as they would not collect it from the post office if it was. I kept a copy of this email.
It has now been some weeks and I have sent several emails to the seller (to email addresses which I had previously, successfully, contacted them by) without any reply.
I am now seeking to take further action against this seller but this is made more difficult due to being from overseas.
