They have taken £128.63 from my credit card
Like everyone else I signed up for a sample of the Teeth Brilliant Teeth Whitening system for a couple of pounds. Only to find they have taken £128.63 from my credit card.
I have spoken twice with my credit card company, twice they have put me through to a company in America, twice I have been told by automated system that I no 30 in the queue, held on for 20 minutes only to be cut off.
I have now returned the produce to the PO box 13579 and await a refund!!!

Money stealing company, stay away
On Facebook, one Sunday at the end of January, I saw yet another ad for Acai Berry diet supplements. Like so many others before me, I clicked on the link - read the blurb - fell for it and decided to take advantage of the 'free trial' at a postage & packing cost of £2.88. Within 5 mins of making the purchase, the Anti-Fraud desk at HSBC Bank called me to 'alert me to unusual account activity'. I explained that I'd just made a purchase at £2.88 and they told me that the company were claiming over £65. They asked me if I would like the payment stopped and I confirmed I would. The following day, I called the bank to confirm that they'd been successful in stopping the payment and they said yes. A couple of weeks later, I got my credit card statement and there it was - the payment was still showing. So, I phoned the bank and they re-credited it - saying that they would reclaim the money from the company themselves. It is now a month later and I came home from work today to find a jiffy envelope containing pills and, when I checked my credit card online, another £65 + has been taken. I've reported the fraud to my bank again and emailed the company concerned. If the Linlithgow Police won't go round and stop these thieves from taking my money, I may have to find someone willing to go and 'persuade' them in person!!! I've informed Trading Standards and the POlice. I'm sure between them they can shut them down. In the meantime, I've canceled my credit card. Apparently, even if HSBC flag a company as criminals, Master Card and Visa won't do so, just because they're regularly stealing from you.

I have been ripped off $670.00 NZ Dollars for something that i never asked for
I requested a free bottle of acia berry detox though a internet advertisement. They sent me a free bottle of which i paid for the postage. After a week or two they send me another bottle charging it to my credit card without my approval. I sent it back immediately asking for a refund. In no time two more arrived which i promptly sent back asking for a refund. The four bottle followed soon after and i sent it back also. They have never refunded the money and the Bank said it was out of their hands. So I have been ripped off $670.00 NZ Dollars for something that i never asked for.Don't be caught by scammers like i did!!!

Scam and lies
I ordered free samples of the pill from the internet and there was no clear info on the fact that in order to not pay the full price for the product the order had to be cancelled within a certain number of hours. A month later another load of the pills were sent and another charge made so intotal for an allegidly free sample I am being charged £314.46.

Fraud and cheating
This is just an update to hopefully help others. I realised the day after a ordered a free trial from this company that it was a scam. I managed to get through by phone today by calling 011-44-2031399027--I called from Canada so if you are Canadian too this is the number to call. In their ad they did not include the 011 before the number--I got this from the operator. This may be why you are not getting through.I spoke with a guy named Ryan and told him my card was canceled and that I had read tons of complaints from unhappy customers. I also told him that those who had them analyzed found that the capsules had mostly caffeine in them. There are medical conditions that can be negatively affected by caffeine which would explain why some people felt bad taking them. I told Ryan I did not want my free trial--he said it was already shipped and I told him-"I don't care and I don't want them--I will be sending them back. I tried to cancel well before 48hrs of ordering them and I know my rights as a consumer--I can legally break this kind of contract in less then 48hrs. The pills are mostly caffeine and I don't want them!!" Then I told Ryan he was going to give me two cancellation numbers--one number for each product. He told me to get a pen and paper ready and I informed him that I had both before even calling him. He never argued with me or gave me any flack the way they do some people. I spoke to him as an informed consumer so he had no choice but to give me what I demanded. My advice to all is to be very firm in your demands as I was. Remember these guys are scam artists--you don't have to be polite to them. Good luck to all. I personally will never let a free trial suck me in--I'm normally not so gullible but I did see a number to call and cancel and knew I had 15days to cancel--I didn't let him tell me I had to actually try the pills before canceling--me telling him about the caffeine content probably stopped him--he knew by my words and tone that I was serious and knew what I was talking about. Challenging me would have just been grief for him.
