Free Trial / Credit Card SCAM
Yet another victim of the 'free trial' smallprint scam! These vultures are something else and not in any way willing to assist the individual who has been scammed - surprise, NO, but outright THEFT, YES!!

Apparently, feel free to ring 0808 2389830 or 0808 238 8981 at anytome to be fobbed off, as I did and was - although I have been assured I was lucky to only have 2 charges brought against my credit card instead of 3, work that out?! They also advise that they 'automatically' cancel (yeah right) - thank goodness I contacted my credit card company at the end of October...as this is likely the date they attempted to charge me again!!!

There may be some light for some of us, but sadly, probably not all. However, if you do want to try and get a refund, the real number to call is 0203 139 9027 (it is not international) or email support@viv3labs to put your complaint in writing. You will get a couple of automated responses, but don't give up, keep plugging away and check your accounts etc. I must warn you that the latter details are not associated with company, but a call centre picking up thier dirty work, so please be polite, it may well help you in the end?!

I wish everyone all the best in getting their money back and hopefully getting these idiots shut down - if only for a short time...

Scam - No Free Product
I called 011-442031399027 and got cancellations for Life Cleanse and Acai Berry Detox which I had side effects from the 200mg of Caffeine in each pill so much for NATURAL ingrediants. I have breast implants and after 2 pills one of my breast swoll and became painful and hard during the night. Doctor advised to stop ASAP. They have agreed after several emails to refund for additional 30 day order but have not said they will refund the other 2 X $119 USD they took from my Visa 2 weeks after they took the shipping and handling before I even received the product. They have changed the name of product to Acai Slim Deto now and Colon Cleanse to throw everyone off their trail. Lots of different names. Royal Bank of Canada is investigating and will have them put on the Fraud Department List for Visa to contact clients to confirm transaction is authorized. THIS IS A TRAVESTY

AcaiBerry and LifeCleanse
I ordered AcaiBerry and Life Cleanse on internet after reading how good the product was. I had to type in a code to get the products on a free basis and only pay for the shipping costs. I received them about a week later with3.09 pound cost which was more than what was stated anyway. BUT I received my bank statement today and I have been charged $132-83 TWICE and $3-32 Foreign currency conversion fee TWICE!!! I want my money BACK. I gave no authority to have this taken from my account and from what others have said, this is happening monthly!!! HELP, who can I ring to have this stopped??!!

unauthorised product cost
I have been scammed by these guys as well! Asking for a free sample, they are now billing me 82 pounds per month. No answer on their phone. I need to cancel this asap. anyone have their web site?

they are thoroughly dodgy!

Free trial? I think not.
I asked for free trial. They sent it and retrospectively charged for it and a month later have been sent 3 bottles of the stuff unsolicited and have had my bank account deducted the price of them. I dont want them, I dont know where to send it back to and I cant find a contact number I can use from NZ.

Free Trial
Hello everyone, I wish to offer you all a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. Ok ordered the 'free trial' like everyone else did earyly september, did not see the small print whereby I had to cancel the order in 15 days, received the 2nd lot last friday 30/10, phoned them immediately when I saw the bill for 80stg for each set of tablets, acai berry & colon cleanse. Anyhow they told me I'd to wait 72 working hours for their decision regarding a refund. Phoned my credit card company who told me to return the goods by registered post & to forward to them by fax a copy of my track & trace number for the returned product. Faxed them the invoice I had received & the copy of the registered letter. Received an email from Trading Ltd on Monday 2/11 telling me that my order had been cancelled but no reference to my refund request. Phoned them Wednesday telling them I had not received anything regarding my refund, was told it had to go back into the request process so would have to wait another 72 hours! Immediately phoned my credit card company who told me to give them the 72 hrs they requested otherwise their disputes department would take it up on my behalf, because they could see that I had made a resonable attempt to get it sorted. Received email Thursday 5th November telling me that my refund was been refused because I had not cancelled within the 15 days. Friday 6th November phoned their customer services department had all my facts in front of me before I phoned them. Told the customer services agent that I had been refused a refund and quoted the following to them from their own website:
Our refund policy is as follows:

1.You may receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after your order is placed.

Now the 2nd lot I recieved was the only lot to contain an invoice & the order date was quite clearly stated as 21st October, which would have been the issue date for the 2nd lot. He told me it would have to go back into the loop, I quoted all the times & dates I had phoned their department & he told me that there escalation procedure was that he would have to contact the refunds department & I would have to wait 72 hours, I responded that my escalation process was to contact my solicitior with all the facts I had before me. He said he would inform the refunds department of this. I contacted the credit card company immediately, they said they would give them one month & then reverse the charge to Trading Planet Ltd. Today Saturday 7th November I received the following via email:
We would like to confirm to you that we have reviewed your claim and issued the refund following your request. The amount of (2x) 119.02 USD was credited to your account today.

Now I know this is long winded but I would like to stress the following to all the others who have caught by this:
1) I have not fought for a refund on the trail product for which I was charged I did not read the small print I will have to lie the loss of this but it will not happen again I have learned my leasson
2) Do not cancel your credit card, the transaction is linked to your account not your card you would have to close your account & reopen a new one if this is the route you want to go down
3) Return the product to them by registered post so that you have proof of postage, this will prove to your credit card company that you have not got the product any longer, Trading Planet will tell you you don't need to return the goods but send them back immediately, let them do what they want with them.
4) Take note off all dates & times that you have contacted the company & the names of whom you speak with
5) Know your facts, their site states that you are entitled to a refund from your order date, it does not say inital order date! Push hard on them, stand firm, let them know that you know your facts, eu law states that you are entitled to return any product & you don't even have to state a reason for returning your goods.
6) Contact your credit card company immediately, they do not want to be left chasing you for money you don't have, they would prefer to reverse it on Trading Planet Ltd.

I can't afford the loss of the first lot of tablets, but I will just have to try & find the cash from somewhere, I will check into this site, if anyone has any queries I will respond, good luck to you all & know your facts & do not let them away with it, they do offer refunds, I will post the date I recieve the refund. i was sent tablets wich i did not order on the 5/11/2009 the invioce was dated the 30/10/200 9 they charged me 82.95 pence to my account when i rang they said my account was already closed so how can they charge me this amount jacquie rafferty
