This company claims to offer a free trial (acai berry & life cleanse capsules) for the charge of post and packaging. They do not fully disclose in their terms and conditions that they will take a further amount of money - in my case £150 without first obtaining permission to do so. Then they send 2 more tablets 2 weeks later than they have taken money, for a different amount stated on the invoice.They do not answer the customer help line either. So far I have been robbed around £300.

ordered free sample of acia berry detox and life cleanse agreed to pay £3.95 p&p recieved them on 30/9/09 then on 29/10/09 recieved more products from this so call company which i did not order or agree to the amounts being taken from my visa card.telephoned the customer service dept which was very rude and told me to wait 4 days and i would recieve a email telling me if i would be entilted to a refund and of course they said i wasnt.at no time when i was placing my order did it say i was entering into a monthly supcripition and money would continue to take amounts from my visa account.i wasnt aware this company was taking money from my account as the visa statement only arrives on the 4th of every month so when these products arrived telephoned straight away to get it cancelled.i returned the products first class post to the address on the supplied with a letter with all the so call account numers within the 30 day trail period so are entitled to a full refund of £454.54.

I was charges for 4 saples I havnet receive in my credit ard.
I made the order 5 weeks ago, they were charged inmediately on my credit card and I stil havent receive anything
I called to the company many times and an extremly rude man hunged the telephone on me two times.
I want my money back!

i applied for a free trial with this company for acai berry i did not request an further tablets an they have been removing money from my visa account, they refuse to speak to me an hang up the phone each time having difficulty stopping them, i understand there is many people who have been taken in with this company an have been left with huge bills an worry, they have removed 130.00 plus from my visa card without permission

Somehow received a delivery of ACAI diet pills. I don't need to diet and wouldn't order this rubbish. As didn't realise scam was then charged £75 from card. No one to call, no one answers.. customer service on website has wrong number.
What can be done about this rogue company? How can I get my money back?
