orders sent that werent ordered and im being charged for the items
thought i would try some diet pills ( free trial for $3.95 ) not obligations to buy more. But they on there own acord sent more at the price of $137.oo each and i have sent six lots back to them and they wont stop sending them and wont refund my money, Im slowly going broke and cant afford to buy food and pay bills

no puedo cancelar pedido
e solicitado una muestra gratis en el mes de agosto, a la empresa TRADING PLANET LTD. ACAY BERRY- LIFE CLEANSE, al comprovar que los productos no funcionan y en octubre me han empesado a llegar productos los cuales llegan al total de 474 euros facturados a mi tarjeta de credito y no encuentro forma de que la empresa cancele los pedidos si alguien me puede ayudar o darme un telefono o como devo hacer se los agradeceria, puesto que el telefono que figura en atencion al cliente no corresponde a ningun usuario, es lo que me contestan en telefonica Atentamente Patricia

Acai Berry Scam
I had my FREE Acai berry: Ship Date: 21/08/2009
Without ordering further supplies,
I received: Ship Date: 01/10/2009 total charge £82.95p
" " " " " " : 15/10/2009 total charge £82.95p
" " " " " " : 22/10/2009 total charge £82.95p
Total up to now £248.85p
I wrote and sent by recorded delivery on 22nd October 2009 to cancel any further deliveries. Up to now I have had no success in contacting these people on the telephone, apart from talking to someone on 29th October 2009- 3.15pm on Tel: 0808 238 9891 and being told that he could not take any details. I said, "you can write them on a piece of paper", He just hung up.

Cannot reverse charges and will not credit you if you return the product
I too ordered the free 15-day trial of the cleanse and Acai berry capsules and hadn't even received the product to try it and see that the company had billed my credit card over $250 - I called Visa and they gave me their number while waiting 15 minutes to get through to an agent I asked her to reverse any charges and to not ship me anything and I would be returning the product. She then told me that I cannot receive a refund as I had 15 days to unsubscribe! What kind of business is this anyways? I think that a claim should be started to get this money refunded!!! I am currently working with Visa to have the charges reversed and am hoping that this is flagged for all future charges!
I hope we all get our money back!

unauthorized credit card charges on my visa
I was shock when I received my credit card statement with two charge of 133.79 for my 15 trial of Berry Detox and Berry Cleanse. The web site advertise the free trial will cost 3.95 and that is the amount that I authorized. How can they charge your credit card such a large amount of money without approval. I want my money back.

unauthorized orders
I ordered a product from this company 3 months ago using my credit card. Then yesterday I received notice that here was a pkg. @ the post office for me It turned out it was a pkg. from this company that I didn't order & they wanted me to pay for the shipping $11.84 I refused the pkg 7 had it returned Then today I came home to another pkg. on my doorstep from this same company with an invoice in it saying that I'd ordered something & Thank-you for payment of L82.95 Thats ALOT of money for something I DIDN'T order Then when I called the phone # provided I was told to call back between 8am & 8pm GB time mon-fri I'm very upset That this company has taken it upon themselves to fill an order for me & charge it to my credit card THIS is FRAUD

credit card fraud/rip off
I ordered 3 products for $1 shipping each...a"free" trial.The shipping was an extra $9 canadian for 1 small bottle of cheap($5 value)common herbal pills.THEN they took a $29.00 fee from my credit card with no explanation and were about to repeat it 2 more times.I had to cancel my credit card # to stop further rip offs..Nick in London Ontario

Scam
Just like the other complaints. I didn't read the terms and conditions and now can't find them to read them. I thought I was fast enough when I phoned to cancel the very day after I received the "free" product. I was given a cancellation number. They charged me again that very day! ($134.94 Canadian and I had to pay an extra $10.00 for custom's duty.) My bank said they were very familiar with the company but couldn't do anything about it because of the legality of it's terms and conditions. My credit card bill read "Vitality Clean." I just feel sick that I was scammed.
