I ordered the 'free' samples, 1 of each, for the price of postage. I received only one of the products, despite having two lot of postage debited to my account. A month later I received two products, one of each and and invoice/ receipts for 83 pounds stirling, which is about Aus$145 x 2! More than $190! They have not answered any phone calls. I did not ry the 'free' samples as I wanted to use them together as advertised for est results. I was waiting the second product. When I did not receive it, I did not follow up, figuring it was only the cost of postage and, on reflection, probably not worth the time chasing up. So I don't even know if the product is effective let alone worth $145 for a month's supply!
I have just advanced to the next stage in this complaint process and at the top of the page is an ad for the very product about which I am complaining! Have I just wasted half an hour here?
