Trying to charge me for a free product
I purchased some diet pills on line and should only be charged for the shipping not the actual product. Having called I've been told that my order has been cancelled but they failed to e-mail to let me know about the 16 days in which to cancel the order. Day 16 fell on Saturday when they are closed and when I collected the order with contact information in order for me to cancel the product. I called today and they are trying to put the charge through to my credit card. I asked why they took my e-mail when they don't provide e-mail confirmation and the woman I spoke with had no response for me. I asked to speak to someone in authority so that I could discuss this with them and the woman on the phone said there is no-one I can talk to and it might be best for me to cancel my credit card! I tried to explain my situation to her and she hung up on me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are con merchants.

Acai berry and Colon cleanse that I don't want
I got a FREE trial of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse. I had to put in my Visa Card details to pay for packing and postage. At no stage was it made clear that I would be charged on an ongoing basis for this product. I've been charged around €320 so far for a product that I didn't ask for as I only wanted to try the so called 'FREE TRIAL'. There's been lots of negative publicity on RTE radio about it and it appears that loads of people have been conned from all over the globe. I've tried ringing the telephone number and I either get an engaged tone or I have to listen to interminable music. This is a total scam and I've had Visa Card deductions from as far away as Singapore. I'm really angry about this and feel there should be some comeback for the peopkle who have been scammed.

Acai Berry Detox & life Cleanse
I have just been 'had' by this company too. I have spoken to them on 0808 238 9830 and asked for a cancellation reference which they did give, which my credit card co. suggested I get. I have also written to them at the address below which will help if they still try to take money from me, as the credit people will have some proof of cancellation. Make sure you DATE any letters you send. It does not need to be sent proof of delivery, just make sure you keep a copy of the letter for your bank/credit card co.

Apparently, according to my credit card co. cancelling your card will make no difference as they can still
charge the card that the original agreement was made on.

TRADING PLANET FREE TRIAL Credit Card Scam.
Do not buy the FREE trial. If you are not careful they will keep deducting yoru credit card hundreds of dollars. Mine was deducted for hundreds of dollars every second day and it got worse. Cancel your credit card its the easiest way to get out becuase the emails and contact numbers do not work from Australia.

defective product
I have been taken in my the recent scam concerning claims made that the product Life cleanse and Acaiberry detox. I foolish thought I was going to trial a sample product. As soon as I realised I was going to be paying for a product that doesn't work I cancelled the so called subscription. I want to know how to get my money back I have been sent 2 bottles of the rubish, they are unopened What do I do?

I have tried phoning to cancel my order and they ask me for my Order Number.
I don't have one - I have not received any email from them.
I have cancelled my credit card but am told I also need to cancel with the company - who then ask for this number!!
Another silly girl who got suckered in!

My credir card has been charged I have no idea how to cancel this product as I can't find an e-mail address<br />
for them the phone number won't connect. It is a big rip-off. I would love to know how to contact them via e-mail. I am going to write to them but I don't know if they will recieve the letter. What do I do.

I TOO FELL FOR THIS SCAM I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT!!! I HAVE JUST BEEN BILLED ON MY CREDIT CARD 73.78 X 2 AND CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE RECEIVED THE 2ND LOT OF TABLETS THROUGH THE POST TO DISCOVER THIS AMOUNT ON MY CARD. I HAVE CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD SO THEY CAN NOT TAKE OUT ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS . I HAVE ALSO RANG AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL RE A RETURN AND I AM STILL WAITING 3 WEEKS LATER!!
