Sub: Non Grant of higher pay scale under ACP-Request to mediate and concillate against harrassment to retired employee by Kandla Port Trust Gandhidham Kutch Gujarat authorities

It is hereby requested to kindly grant higher pay sacle under ACPS owing to refusal of adhoc promotion offered vide TF/PS/1003/2037 dt 13-6-1995 and honour the Office memorandum 35034/1/97 Estt(D) dtd 9-8-1999. Having served for 39years 18-8-1962 to
31-1-2001 and being entitled for ACPS (ASSURED CAREER PROGRESSION SCHEME, and the case being lingered since 09 years, being under financial implications it is once again requested to settle the case alongwith penal interest rates. The earthquake relief fund given to employees has not been paid even being retired on 31-1-2001 and therefore the same may also be paid alongwith penal interest. The case being lingered since 9(nine years) post retirement it is requested to consider at risk and cost of department.

Again the corrupt practises of allowed / disallowed being followed thereby granted ACP to existing and retired employees and refusal to others even in RTI by giving vague replies and dishonour of Office memorandum 35034/1/97 Estt(D) dtd 9-8-1999 by The Chairman, Traffic Manger, Finance department gives anxiety and doubtful integrity. Necessary suitable action with penalty and stop increment and ACP may be made applicable to them.
It is hereby requested to mediate and concillate for settlement of case at earliest and stop the corrupt practises with employee by employer
