This "shipping company" is not a shipping company, it is a scamming company. Calling them dishonest would be understating what they really are. They are a "service" company that is in business to make money without actually providing the service. God knows how long they have been doing this, and how many people have fallen victims of this evil. Something has to be done. This madness has to stop.

I was quoted $2, 900, they did not show up on the day of pick, nor did they even call us to let us know what was going on. We had to call them later in the day to ask when they would be here. Our appointment was for 9AM-11AM. They would tell us that they were sorry, that they would be here tomorrow between 3 and 6PM. They showed up around 6:30PM, totally unprepared and wiped out. When they saw how much they were going to load up, they totally got overwhelmed and freaked out. Apparently the drivers had been working all day long and were wiped out. "How is that our problem?" we wondered. So they left without our stuff, and tried to double our quote. Basically they denied us service and refused to refund our $680-deposit.

This is a recurring theme. I think that a class action suit shoulf be filed against this company run by a bunch of non-english speakers. I am not worried about my deposit, because I know that I will get it back. If I have to pay money in order to take them to court, I will. How many of you am I speaking for? What I am worried about is how long they are going to continue in the scamming business. How many more victims are they going to draw in!
