phone charges

i have been charge in the amount of 14.95 in this transaction clearing llc and it says it is a collect call i tried to call this number after a long time of waiting someone pick up the phone and then if you say hello then you'll heared it, that it is hung up no one want s to answer the phone so that you can asked about this charges. i strongly disagree with this charges for we have in our house a caller i.d. and we never pick up the phone if we do not know the caller and in the day time all calls is pick up by the answering machine i look up this company in the internet then i found that it is scam and a lot of complain about this company already. i hope this company can be stop and all this scam will be resolved. i will deciminate all this information to my friends and post it too in the facebook.

Collect phone charge

When reviewing our Verizon business bill we noticed a charge for $12.86 for a collect call. The call was made at 5:28AM, EST, and no one was in the office. After contacting Verizon they indicated what the bill was for, and that it had to be paid because we accepted the call (which is impossible), not in the office at the time. Verizon put a block on the Arizona number that showed up on the bill. We attempted to contact Transaction Clearing LLC and did not receive a response (no one answered the phone) during the time we called. After checking on the internet I noticed that this was a scam and others had received unauthorized charges as well.
