Ripoff Merchant Credit Card
If you are reading this before signing up with Transaction Solutions for merchant credit card processing you get an A+ for homework and will avoid being taken by this bad player. This company has done my credit card processing for over ten years. They charge many fees not charged by other companies. I decided to change to my bank and had about a weeks worth of credit card transactions before the new terminal was installed. This was about $9, 000. My bank attempted to cancel my Transaction Solutions account but found they will only accept cancellation in writing. Meanwhile they took 25% of my last transactions!!! and removed more money from my bank account at the beginning of the next month. I had tried to stop this vendor from making electronic withdrawals but it is impossible to shut these people out once they have access to your account. Beware and be warned! I had to close the account and find that they have attemped to take more from my closed account giving me a negative balance. The practices of this company are shameful. They need contact from a good class action attorney!

Rip off
This company is a complete rip-off. I have never posted on the internet before, so I am not an individual who does this lightly. I have not had an account with them for almost two months. After 5 years with this company, my terminal broke. I was informed that I would have to purchase a new one because I owned the one I had.
I had just received an offer from another company offering the same services and providing me with a new terminal for free. I canceled my account. They took $150.00 out of my account for a 'compliance fee' for the year Oct 08 thru Nov k09. I don't even nave an account with them!
Yesterday, they removed $400.00 from my bank account. I was informed that this was going to happen because of a breach of contract. When I spoke to the supervisor, she saw that my contract had expired 2 years ago and stated that this was an invalid fee.
Today, I called to check on the progress of my complaint and was informed that the $400.00 fee was actually for not returning the terminal! I was NEVER informed that I needed to return it. I took it to the local recycle electronics dump. After all, I owned it, according to their employee.
I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue. I have been lied to repeatedly, hung up on and given no recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
