we have been dealing with Transatlantic Timeshares since March, once they had our money, we would call to ask what was happening, they would not return our phone calls, I started calling everyday. Chris Jackson was the person we had dealt with, he sounded so nice and convincing when he first called, and he claimed he would alway be available to talk to, well, we never talked to him again, he would not return our phone calls. All I can say is DON'T FALL for that SCAM. They promised us our money back if we were not happy with anything or if something didn't happen within 30 days, obviously, nothing happened and we did not get our money back. We do have it in writing, but where do we go to get our money back?
