I had walk in for an interview on 19th November 2010, sent by one of the placement consultant ( Ms. Mary and Mr. Mathew ) and I Met Mr. Somanna ( H.r . after 2 rounds of interview ( self introduction and telephonic round by the Manager - Mr.Abhiraj ) I was appointed as Officer International Outsourcing and my date of joining was on 22nd November 2010 and i served as the same till 30th November 2010. Now, my concern is... they asked me to walk out of the company and did not pay my salary till date! ( even after resigning before 2 months! ) They played a very nice blame game everyday, I was verbally harassed. also had sent an invalid notice! When called H.r ( somanna ) he is not answering appropriately, shouted and argued with me, verbally harassed me and also spoke odd about my previous background and id not even providing Senior H.R's number or mail id for further discussion! However i need my salary!
At the time of interview, I was told that my Take home salary will be 25K + incentives based on performance! However I was happy and fearing of company’s existence… I asked him if I can expect a long term career and a professional growth from this company, as I never heard about this company before! ( I got a very good offer from many MNC’s ( I could not join because I did not have the relieving letter, and the consultant who placed me to Transgenez said, they are fine with resignation acceptance letter! Hence I decided to join.) However when I wanted to re-confirm about my salary ( as the offer letter was not given on spot!!! ) Somanna re-assured me that my Take home Salary will be 25k +incentives after confirming the same with Mr. Abhiraj by phone right in front of me.
My only mistake was I believed his words and lost a good opportunity
Assuring the best career I joined the company on 22nd November 2010.. (For Induction & training) We were asking for ‘The offer letter, every day but we were assured it will be given! But they never gave the same, even after 5 days of training! ! (no food and transport was provided for 4 days, as we were struggling hard to go back home! ) Then I spoke to Ms. Kamya ( Process trainer ) and expressed my concerns with her about my offer letter, and salary., for which she advised me that she will speak to Mr. Abhiraj (operations manager) for the same and provided an opportunity to have one on one session with him! ( after 5 days of training! ) The eight day (on Monday!) I received an offer letter! My CTC was less than what was told to me at the time of interview…
Mr. Somanna advised every body to come personally and discuss if we had any concerns! When I went and spoke asking why was my CTC is not the same as what was told to me at the time of interview! For which Mr. Somanna could not answer properly and started acting as if he never told us the same and said He can’t do anything, and asked me to speak to Mr. Abhiraj! When I spoke to Mr. Abhiraj, He expressed his anger on me and said I am getting anger now! This is what we can offer… if you are not interested you may leave! ( is this the way to speak to an employee ? and how can someone say to leave the company after one week training? ) Time is precious! We have wasted our time, money for a week! Each and every Rupee is worth for a middle class family men like me! How can someone ask to quit the company without assuring to pay the salary! ( as they did not pay a single rupee ) Why did they assure some thing at the time of interview and then changed the whole CTC ( salary ) after 8 days of training! If we raise a question and ask for justice…. How can they play a blame game and ask to walk out???
Note : Later I came to know that they have not paid salary to most of my team mates and have asked to Quit after 1 month!!! When asked they have told they will pay the salary after 60 days from resigning! When contacted Somanna, after a month… He played a nice blame game and started commenting about my previous experience ( background verification ) I can prove that I have no negative remarks from my previous experiences! Intact he harassed me by his words commenting about my background! For which he has to prove I am wrong and answer.
I was working as ‘Officer International Outsourcing I had received by courier on 6th December 2010. U have sent a Warning notice and a Termination notice dated on 27th December and 03r December 2010 respectively, but both the notice has been received on 6th of December 2010.
However I need my salary. I have also sent a mail to the concern H.R thrice! Once to the R.T Nagar office and twice to Silk board office! The H.R has not replied and is negligent. When spoke to Mr. Somanna ( H.R recruiter ) He started shouting on me and played a blame game! He also refused to give the H.R head number or an email Id! To proceed further.
I need justice and my salary!
