Offer of new car or money
I looked this company with a return address of Richmond British Columbia up on the internet and discovered that this scam has been going on since 2008. Well it is now 2010 and they are still scamming. This time it is a 2010 Nissan 370Z valued at $40, 498.00 or other property we have assigned to you. The shipment manifest is KQ2548P7 and the property listing is 377671873. They offer you the opportunity to pay the $20.00 fee by means of your credit card. I can imagine the damage they could do to someones credit card. I would sure like to know how these guys got our address, because if it was from any other company that we deal with, I would not be dealing with that company. I am going to be sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau of British Columbia to see if they can put an end to this nonsence.

SCAMMING
I"ve many letters from around the world saying I've won millions of dollars from lotto's I have never entered, All I had to do was to send them anywhere from 15.00 to 30.00 dollars. I admit that in the beginning I have sent them this money. Then a week later they said I've won more than the last letter and this cycle of scamming kept repeating with the same letters in different forms. All these scammers do is to pry on gullible people and pocket millions of dollars. I just hope someone will put them out of business forever.

Procurements
I am yet another who received a letter asking for 25.o0 to procure a shipement of a Nissan 350z or the sum of 48.000.00 in cash. Letter recieved on Dec. 15, 2008. This is a scam people! Do dates and no other information. Don't send them money. I am so gald I looked this up. Who ever heard of having to pay for a prize and or contest. The world is full of scams, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Sending money could cost you a whole lot more than what they ask. They will then have your account information, maybe clean you out. The law needs to get involved in this one. Put the crooks behind bars.

fraudulent prize letter (?)
I received a letter on Dec. 2, 2008 signed by Jason Richter (Property Securement Officer). The letter stated that I am advised to respond immediately as property has been assigned to me: a 2008 Nissan 350Z, shipment schedule KZ2548P7. The letter also indicatyed that I could receive the $27, 980.00 in cash instead of the car. There was also a property manifest no. indicated: 37622424983. The instructions on the letter stated that the return form must be accompanied by 20 (pounds?) to be valid. The letter appears very professional (although it is not dated) with a very detailed advertisement of the vehicle on the reverse side. This is obviously a scam. This organization needs to be stopped as it may appear very believable to some. They should be stopped from obtaining addresses and personal information. Please investigate and let me know the outcome if you can. Thank you.

Property Transport Authorisation
Dear Sir/Madam. I have receieved this letter today that states the following, I quote " You are advised to respond immediately to this notice regarding a 2008 Nissan 350Z automobile or other property now available for procurement. This property is being held in your name under shipment no. KQ2548P7 and will be forfeited if not claimed before the scheduled deadline. unquote. This letter was signed by a Jason Richter. Property Securement Officer. When the letter stated that I must include R200.00ZAR securement fee for release, I smelled a dead rat. Is this a SCAM, who would be so generouse to give me a car valued at R 419500.00 ZAR for so small fee from my side or does this person think me daft to send them the money. Can you please investigate if this TSI company is for real and if Jason Richter exist or is he just a fictional name. Thanks.Regards, Frans Botha
