I went online for quotes on shipping my vehicle when I move. He e-mailed me with quotes which were up to more than twice what several other carriers had quoted me. When I sent a response telling him thank you, but I’ve decided to go with another carrier, the owner/president of this company started verbally insulting me, accusing me of lying, and spamming my email from his iPhone even after I had asked him nicely to not contact me any longer. He refused and continued to insult me and spam my email. I wouldn’t put it past him to be putting the positive reviews on all of the sites by himself. If you read the posts above, the speech patterns are the same and abusiveness to other reviewers is present in the positive reviews. I shop by customer service and will most definitely warn anyone who uses this man’s business to beware. Here are my emails and his responses, after which he sent me an additional 7 emails, He has removed a review I put on http://www.transportreviews.com and immediately after proceeded to spam me with an additional 8 e-mails. Poor sport? You decide:

Big mistake. You will most likely be ripped-off for your deposit, and the company you have chosen will not find any carrier to honor the low-ball, bait-and-switch offer that you undoubtedly fell for. Before making any hasty decisions, you should always scrutinize and compare every company’s rating on transportreviews.com and then you will clearly see that my company is the best.

In the past week (End April 2010), I have searched for moving quotes, and car shipment quotes. Many sites will not provide you quotes through email, and will call you continuously until they reach you.

Well, the owner of this company, William Avrich, called my home at 6:45 AM, and I stated on the phone, that he needs to learn to be respectful b/c it is very early. He cussed me out on the phone, and hung up. I called back to speak to the manager, to find out he is the sole owner of the company. When I called back, he cussed me out more, and stated that I filled out info to get a quote early in the morning (Which is a lye).

This man is verbally abusive, and his credentials do not match up. His LinkedIN profile says he has a LAW degree from Pepperdine University Law, which is in California. Based on his website, his company is based out of Boca Raton, Florida. His second degree is from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. His profile location says West Palm Beach, Florida. I did a search of his company phone number, which you can find on his website listed above, and it is a New York, New York number.Right here, after researching, this company profile does not add up, and screams fraudulent! I have a business degree, and no matter what you do not treat a customer or a potential customer with disrespect; especially if you want their business.

To all whom are looking at this company, please look elsewhere, with a company that has credentials that match-up, and is registered with the Better Business Bureau. A car is a major asset, and you would be a loss if something happened. If you have a law degree from a competitive IV league college, first off you have manors, second off you are least likely to be involved in a trucking company. Do not trust this company.
