Needed car transported from CT to AZ. Got with company (Crossover auto) who works with other companies to transport vehicles. Put me in touch w/Hatch Brothers. Notified through email car would be picked up 09/20/08 at fathers house. Notified through email would take estimated 7-10 days to receive car. Sat. pick up couldn't happen due to father, car picked up 09/21/08. Driver late, told of hail damage to car, noted on report, marked car poor condition(NOT TRUE), goes as is. Day 8 or 9 Called driver, hadn't heard anything at this point said it may be Thurs 10/2, Fri 10/3. Said would call Weds. NEVER heard from him, called him. He said was a problem, he couldn't come, it would be over weekend I'd get car, he's in Tucson. Well, needless to say he didn't come. He called said would be here Monday 10/6 well, another problem. Couldn't come, said he'll be here Tues 10/7 GOT CAR, 16 DAYS LATER. Car to be dropped off at husbands job (Baseball complex, HUGH parking lot), didn't, don't know why. Dropped it off at fast food restaurant parking lot. Husband couldn't get it, sent someone else and our son. The guy said that he got car down, mention hail damage took money (didn't count it) got in his truck, left. Driver didn't mention doing a walk through of car for additional damage. Husband got car home, notice on roof two nice size DENTS/SCRATCHES. I called Hatch Brothers, left message, NO ONE called back. Called again next day told them it was inconsiderate no one called, told I was getting in touch with BBB and a lawyer, told already called the company that put me with them. Guess what, they called. Told me to email pictures, threating them wasn't going to get me anywhere. Sent pictures, told them it wasn't a threat, that I was letting them know what steps would take to get things done. I called 10/11, left a message to see if anyone got email because I haven't heard anything. Still waiting (it's weekend). I'll see what happens on Mon.(10/13). My husband got a hold of Roy from Hatch Brothers, Roy said he would fix my car. Hatch Brothers Motor Co. STILL hasn't fixed my car and we have made numerous calls to get this taken care of. We are not giving up.
