This has reference to my first mail in regard to unprofessional service you credit card division is giving to your clients. Till time no has responded to my mail from your customer care division this shows how you people work. I want to add few more points to my grievance i.e. I never requested for the ADD ON CARD nor I have revised any ADD ON CARD from your side. But the charges for Annual Fee and Joining Fee are reflecting in my account.

At the time of Application i was told that there will be no charges of Joining fee and Annual fee.As i am already having four credit cards on my name of high value banks.And i was not interested to get your banks card. Till date Three Bills have been generated on my name and I have not received any. Only after calling your stupid customer care executive and after mailing them i have got the first bill and by the time i revised it, the date was gone for the payment.

Why should i suffer when i am not at the fault,They have charged me with the interest and late fee.
I think you people don't remind and give the bills deliberately,because you can earn more by charging us the interest and late fee.

Can you kindly explain me the following things and reply urgently.
