I am another customer that was taken for a ride with cheaptripmembers.com I agreed with the charge of 200 $ and after reading and hearing about all these complaints i called the company to close and i want a full refund. like every one else said they will give me a full credit but will take 2 months for the credit to appear on my account i did not like the sound of that so called the bank and they told me a consumer had 30 to post a credit on a clients account as long has the client had put the request in on time they also told me that any thing after 2 months with out reporting a problem theres not much that they can do.

Im warning every one out there please report this company to your bank and let them deal with the PIGS at cheaptripsmembers, the bank got my money back in full and about the only reason i did not wait 2 months to post a dispute. Please if you read this complaint I want every one to post a dispute with the BBB Better Business Bureau I made a complaint with the BBB and they told my at that time there were no complaints yet that were made to the BBB with this company and and after 4 or 5 complaints made they them selfs will look into the company and investagate so please dont waist your time trying to talk with the pigs at cheaptrips go to your bank and make a complaint with the BBB it will only take 5 to 10 min to post a complaint every one who reads this i wish would make a formal complaint and hopefully they will be shut down untell then they will continue screwing any one they can
