i paid for a stay i NY in sept 2008 through ebay and was scammed but it was eventually TIOA that was sent money. Now i would normally chase the ebayer but TIOA replied to my 1st email saying he would try to arrange another hotel, i tried several times to follow this up but got no response. i then asked for the full refund and was told (a reply at last) that a deposit was being sent back...5 weeks later no reply and certainly no refund. have been strung along...what happened to the ebayer? seems he and TIOA are to catfight (but i don`t believe that will happen, scammers can`t fight) in a court eventually. but a lot of victims did get his website and business closed down. so in short this guy Mark Berdysz has failed in all his proposed resolutions, he has lied to me and still has my money
