After a presentation we joined Travel quest. We only had access to the website 6 weeks after signing up. We realized that the concept was not what they pretended it to be. We tried to cancel but the 5 day cool off period already expired.
Since we paid for the service I tried to make bookings with no success. I kept copies of all my e mails
When we instructed them to stop our Stop order at Standard Bank, they refused.
When we signed up we chose the shortest period available since we are not that young any more. They threw in an additional 10 years at "no extra cost". We are now, according to them liable to pay annual fees for the next 20 years.
How can we get out of this contract?
