I made flight reservations online for March 2007, and received an e-mail response, saying I would receive my confirmation within 72 hours. One week later, after not hearing back from the company, I tired to contact them. They did not respond to my e-mails, and I could not find any phone number for them. I tried numerous times, even indicating subject as "URGENT." Finally, I received an e-mail that said, "If we debited your account (they had) then you have reservations."
I contacted someone locally in the travel industry; they followed up with all the airlines serving the airport we were flying to. It was confirmed we DID NOT have any reservations with any airline for our dates and destination. I continue to attempt to connect with the company without any success.
Finally, I went to my bank and filed a fraud complaint. which they were going to investigate. The company sent my bank a letter, along with other paperwork, denying the charge and unwilling to assist. The airlines, Alaska, was unwilling to help as well.
I am concerned about anyone using this company, especially after talking to the City of Coronodo Business Licensing Department, and was just told... the business has changed names throughout the years, and closed this past January (2007), not renewing their business license. This is not a legit company.
I am reporting to Better Business bureau and to the Coronodo Police Fraud Division.
