over the past three days I have made reservations in TravelNow's webpage. I find a fare for my son and I, fill in three pages worth of data, plus credit card info, etc. when I'm done I get a confirmation that I have made a "reservation request", and that a customer care rep will contact me within 24 hours. Systematically I get an email or phone call back letting me know that unfortunately that fare is not available any longer and that the fare is substantially more. I have canceled each one of the reservations and every single time, when I start over, I find the same original fare, and go through the whole chain of events described. If the fare was truly not available after the first time, three days ago, why does it continue to appear in my search after that? It is like those pranks where you want to click on "Yes, I want a raise" and it keeps moving.
Nice way of trying to lure you into the trap of paying higher fares.
