I cancelled my contract in 12 hours and i am waiting for 3 weeks to get a refund. The only feedback i get from David Roberts is that I will get feedback they still working in it. All roads at Travel Quest start and end with David Robert, there are no customer service managers, to directors no anything at travel quest only David Robert. I have called, screamed, shouted to no avail they won't refund me. So hELLO PETER What do i do next.
Please help me anyone with a contact at Travel Quest i just want my money back, and if this is the level of there service i am so gload i cancelled my contract but still no money.
