Stole Booking and travel fees from Suelyn Medeiros
Committed Slander Against TSD Agency
On 9/23 Travis Bedore signed a contract for TSD Agency to book Talent Suelyn Medeiros.
Such Contract involved Travel Fees, and a balance upon arrival at event
In between that time Travis attempted to go around TSD Agency to book Suelyn.
He did this in contempt of the rider agreement which he signed and contract that I have with Suelyn. Upon this discovery he became defensive and verbally abrasive. But he never addressed the closing of the deal.
I assume he was embarrassed to be caught doing so.
On 9/28 Suelyn returned the rider signed Rider to TSD Agency and received her deposit.
On that day several attempts were made to contact Travis.
He is yet to respond to our several emails which I have on record.

To date Travis owes TSD Agency Suelyns appearance fee of 750.00 plus travel, room and board for two.

This is not the first time Travis has attempted to contact the talent direct in the middle of the booking process with a representative.

Travis has also committed Defamation, Libel and Slander. To weasel out of the deal he has gone on to post lies about TSD Agency and Black Men magazine (two separate entities and totally different owners). He will have two separate law suits against him for his childish, unaccountable and unlawful acts.
