I had purchased a 2000 Chevrolet S10 pick-up, I needed new tires for it so I
went down toTread Quarters. All i went for was tires, while they were putting them on the other rims they dented all four of my tires, also telling me everything that I needed for the vechicle, I was not there for inspection, at that time they told me my brakes were bad, ok change them when I asked to see themI was told they all ready threw them away, I noticed the rims had een damaged I told the manager James Dean, he said his guys didn't do that. That I must of ran over the curbs with them, I had bought the vehicile the same day. Mr. Dean was very rude and very unprofessional, I told him to put my truck down and I left, A couple of days later Ialso noticed that they had cracked the lower quarter fin with the lift, ecause it was put under the car in correct. My wife went back to mr. Dean to ask for the managers name, which I didn't know he was. He was also very rude. I went back to where I bought the vehicile and they wrote me a note stating the rims were not damaged when I bought the truck, I then returned back too Mr. Dean and told him I had a paper from the dealer were I had bought the vehicile, Mr Dean stated he didn't care what anyone said his guys didn't damages the rims, but they sure were trying to polish the dents out.Mr.Dean has bad customer service relations and also has abad attitude. His guys are responible and I want things made right. The picture of the truck was on the internet and you could see there was no damage.
