I ordered a book on July 11th 2010 from Bottom Line Books online. The offer said, free to examine for 30 days. The book arrived on July 19th 2010, including a second book and 2 small brochures, which were mine to keep for FREE, just for examining TREASUY OF HEALTH SECRETS. I kept the book for 2 weeks and then sent it back on August 2nd 2010. I only had the book for 15 days. I sent it back through my office at work. I didn't get a receipt, because I sent it back in the original box. I have witnesses that saw me hand the box to the mailman that comes into our office to deliver and pick up any outgoing mail. I asked the mailman if there was anything else I needed to do and he assured me that since it was the original box with the return address on it that it was fine to send as is.

Now Bottom Line Books are billing me for a book I don’t have. There is no phone number on the bill so I can call them, and let them know that I returned the book in the time allowed.

I did not order this book (The worlds greatest treasury of health secrets) and I refuse to pay for it. It was sent to my place of employment. I would never have had anything I ordered sent to this address. It is being returned on 6/18/09, Marked "Return to sender"

The Treasure of Health Secrets I ordered has not yet been received. I am sorprise to receive a bill for a book I have not yet received. Please let me know when and how it was sent and if there is any tracking number. I am ready to pay for it as soon as I receive the book. If it has been return then pleasesend me another copy.
