They sell dead Trees
I ordered two Fig trees from Willis Orchard through Google ordering system. Also in the order was some trees for Fall delivery. I received the two Fig Trees Bare feet. As any one with a dash of salt knowledge about trees knows that Bare feet trees are in a shock and need recovery. Unfortunately I did not have this Dash of salt. The company never told me how to take care of these two trees. Especially that late in the season. Like planting it first in semi-shaded area until they recover. I planted them in full sun. I digged holes, bought top soil, my Kids were very excited telling their friends that Dad will have Figs. Four weeks after planting the trees we did not even see one green leave coming up from either tree. I called the company several times and they were friendly at the beginning but when they found that they sold me dead trees they turned nasty and ignoring. They ignored me on their Telephone listening to music for hours. Finally one woman told me scratch the Park if you see brown color under the scratch the trees are dead. I scratched the Park and sure it was brown. The woman told me cut the roots with some of the trunk and mail them to us and we will replace it. I mailed the roots with priority mail which cost me $7.50 that is beside $80 including shipping I paid for the trees. I waited for one week and called them and their answer was " THE DEAD TREES WE SOLD YOU IS NOT ON OUR SYSTEM YET". I waited another week and called and I got the same answer. Called again got the same answer with a nasty tone. I gave up. I am very disappointed. I am very embarrassed in front of my kids and my kids are embarrassed in front of their friends. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY TREES FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I will cancel the remaining of the order and they will charge me 10% for restocking. (Stocking what? stocking my A...) Willis Orchard is a complete Fraud.
