Poor service
Hello, My name is Stephanie Jenkins and I took the Affiliate Broker real estate course in Murfressboro, Tn. I would like to express to your company my dissapointment with my entire experience. When I signed up for the class, I called to pay over the phone. I was told to hang up and do it online. I also did not receive a map to the class location. I found it myself. I took the class and the instructor repeatledy stated to take the license test immediately. He stated if we stuck to his notes that we should pass the state test without any problems. Well I took it twice, once in Nashville, and then made the drive to Jackson, Tn. I failed both times... I get to class the next day and he hands out tax update info, and other items that I recognized on the test. I was furious and felt betrayed, rushed, to do something obviously I was not armed to do. I did'nt understand his urgency other than he said the classes were so close together we must get in immeditely! I had hotel & driving expenses on top of paying twice for a test that I could'nt pass due to lack of information! The notes I did receive in class were unclear at best, the instructor constantly confused words and the class had to correct him on an every day basis. I was wondering if he had something wrong with him or if he was a drunk or something, it just seemed strange. It wasn't just me, other students made the same statement. I am displeased with everything about TREES. I hope you will use the information to better serve your customers in the future because I will not recommend this company to anyone. Also, I was told to call the instuctor as soon as I finsihed my testing in Jackson, I did so, told him I failed and he said "too bad your were't playing horseshoes huh" I found this to be insensitive considering I was crying as I failed by 1 question. I can say now, that I did pretty good considering I had not been given that information yet.
