Had trouble with my computer, I could not get on the internet off and on issue, it finally go worse and I just could not get on. I took my computer to Best Buy and they simply shut off Trend and I was able to get onto the internet. I deleted Trend and kept Webroot. The bad thing is I just paid for another year and was 6 months into the year when this happened, asked for refund and I got the usual on how to log into my account, boy all websites do this to me.
