Trend Mircro Antivirus charged me $79.90. I did not buy or down load anything from them on my credit card. I would like the charge to be taken off. Thank you

In occasione dell'acquisto di antivirus trend micro effettuato il giorno 11/1/2010 ho pagato euro 35, 99 complessivi (euro 29 + euro 6, 99) con transazione n. 1630382 addebitata su carta VISA electron Postepay n. 4023600570745549.
Certamente per errore lo stesso importo di euro 35, 99 mi è stato addebitato successivamente con transazione n. 1630546.
Chiedo il rimborso di euro 35, 99 sulla predetta carta di credito.

This concerns a renewal of trend micro antivirus using my credit card. I no longer use this program so I do not want to pay for a renewal. I wish to be credited for the amount of $39.95 which was charged to my card.

RENWED ANTI VIRUS PROTECTION; DOUBLE CHARGED AND ALSO CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL COVERAGE NOT REQUESTED. GOT RUN AROUND ON PHONE; HUNG UP ON ME! FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TO UNINSTALL THE 2008 VERSION AND THEY WERE EMAILING ME THE 2009 TO INSTALL. CAN'T GET ONTO INTERNET OR MY EMAIL TO GET NEW 2009 VERSION. CONTACT GIVEN ON CREDIT CARD BILL IS A FRAUD; NO SITE TO GO TO. WANT THEM TO REFUND AND I WILL GET ANOTHER ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM. I HAVE PAID FOR A WEEK'S COVERAGE, TWICE, AND HAVE NOTHING INSTALLED.

After many Ad pop-ups telling I had 39 virus to get rid of, I decided to go ahead and buy the item.

For some reason, that I still do not know, no change was taking place; I thought that maybe I did not do
something right while trying to install; so I went ahead and did the same thing again on 10/30/08.

No luck with my second trial.

RESULT: I was charged double in my credit card and still I was not even able to make it work in my
computer. So I had to buy a Norton Antivirus 2009 in Office Max.

I think those charges should be removed from my card for those two reasons.I'm willing to answer any
question
