have sent in complaint and have heard zilch from you. my computer has no protection from this company, even though I'vc paid and it has been deducted from checking acct. Trend Micro has not enabled this software, keep getting pop ups stating service has expired. Want money back or service turnrd on.

Payment for Trend Microsoft antivirus service has been deducted from my checking acct.
This was done May 10, 2011. Decription of deduction is 311009012882 DRI*Trend Micro. I have received several e-mails advising charge of $19.95 failed. This was because Trend tried to debit my account from a foreign bank. They then resubmitted it from a US bank and it was accepted. As of now my computor is without protection. Reguesting this be corrected ASAP...

I was charged 76.99 that I did not order . It was on my May statement.

It states:

I want this charge removed & credit my account with $76.99.

vous avez prélevez le 10/05/2011 29.95 euros hors je n'ai effectué aucun paiement par carte sur votre site. merci de régulariser cette erreur au plus vite et de me recréditer mon compte de la somme de 29.95 euros sinon je me verrais dans l'obligation de porter plainte auprès des autorités compétentes et je ne m'arrêterai pas là pour faire valoir mes droits.
