Billing Practices
This company utilizes a practice of automatic renewal even if you uncheck that default option after the original installation. Getting a renewal cancelled that you did not order is a nightmare. Stay away from this company. I uninstalled their product before the expiration date because it is a space hog, slowing down the computer in a big way.
Try Avast! for your virus protection and Glary Utilities for registry cleaner. Both are free, work wonderfully, and no hassle.

Would not download
I ordered the program and it was charged to my PayPal account. It would not download due to "Outlook being open." Which was not. I tried using my login and said there was no such login. WHAT A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I will be reporting to the California State Attorney General's Office. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!

Billed twice
I have been billed twice for the same product. Once I was double billed on my Capital one Visa. I got that problem resolved. Now I'm being billed on my Chase Visa, I was told my the computer that my Trend Micro was expired even after I charged it on my other credit card

product never supplied
On the 14/11/08 I've purchased a trend micro update AU$ 157.90 they have never e-mailed the program to me, I can't get in contact with Digital River nor Trend Micro in Australia, the 1300 305 289 number, which is an overseas number just tells me they can't find the payment and that I have to provide a copy of my bank statement, my bank advised that is not safe to do so they have provided me with a banking transfer receipt number asssured me that digital river has received the funds.
I just want my money back and other people to know not to buy anything from Trend Micro!

I just discovered on my bank account - internet - that Trend Micro has charged my account $44.95 (fortyfour dollars & nintyfive cents) which I DID NOT ordered nor authorized.

Double charge
I ordered the trend micro 2/21/2. 09pm that wound not download the order nu. (6730439600) charged on credit card. I tryed again at 2/21/2.18 pm that went threw the order number (6730538700) that went threw it downloaded ok. I was charged for that one also. Have not been able to get any one on the phone to take my complaint. I wound like the first trend micro to be taken off my credit card. I only have one computer.
