I was double billed for the trend micro anti virus software that CRASHED my computer!!!

TREND MICRO SENT AN E-MAIL STATING SECURITY NEEDED TO BE RENEWED. I WAS AMISS AT KEEPING GOOD RECORDS AND SIGNED UP FOR RENEWAL 2-5-2010. THEN I RECEIVE ANOTHER RENEWAL NOTICE 11-2010. THIS IS THE CORRECT DATE FOR RENEWAL. PAID FOR THAT ONE, HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT 2-5-2010. COMPUTER WAS BOUGHT 11-8-2007. HAVE PAID FOR TWO YEARS INSIDE OF ONE. THIS MISTAKE WAS FOUND WHILE GETTING PAPERS READY FOR TAXES. SHOULD NOT NEED TO RENEW TILL 11-2012. WILL KEEP RECORDS STRAIGHT IF THIS IS THE WAY TREND MICRO DOES BUSINESS.

I have been charged $35.95 from DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM MN for something that I did NOT purchase. This is a scam, I do not know how they got my information but I was robbed. I would like my money back

We were charged 71.95 for a renewal which i did not ask for at the time. I would like the renewal stopped and the charges reapllied to our account.

I have been billed for a renewal that I did not request. I was sent a renewal request that I did not respond to and was still charged for the service. I would like the charges removed.
