	SharonEJackson December 21, 2009 DID NOT APPROVE TREND MIRCRO ORDER I did NOT renew my Trend Micro antivirus software but it was billed to my American Express credit card. It needs to be removed and/or canceled.

	george blalock November 10, 2009 billing C ancelled internet order for antivirus @ $47.95 with trendmicro and was told my visa credit card would be credited this month. No credit noted on latest bill and have been charged again the annual fee.

I have a charge and an expired product so I am hit both ways.
