Trend Micro has charged my credit card w/o my approval to do so. As a customer, I have the right to drop service. And should not have another charge tagged to my card just because some company has not updated its program. This is reason I fired them in the first place! Sorry Services!
I would like my card credited back...$ 45.31 to be exact. And to top it off, I changed anti-virus companies well over a year ago. I someone going to stop this company or will it take a class action?
