Trend Micro has done the double charging thing again. On Feb 3, they charged $250 US for a $116 purchase. They tried to lie and claim that the bank did it. I got the bank to remove the extra charge.
Then, my new subscription had an expiration date of three days from now! I called for the third time today, demanded a supervisor and it took over an hour for someone to find a supervisor. I was promised a fix to the expiration date that has not happened yet.
Plus the servers are down and the product won't update. If they don't fix it, they will probably delay a refund. Usually a place that screwed up will delay a refund.
