Me and my partner have been planning our trip for over a year. We sat thru a presentation given by Trend west in Vancouver Wash. In July of 2006. We were promised a vacation stay at the trend west resort in Victoria B.C. I just spoke to the booking agency who is now telling us there putting me up in a low budget motel on the outskirts of town.I believe we were deceived in what was being offered and doubt I am the only one who has filed a complaint of this nature. The salesman specifically showed us the hotel resort we would be staying in and gave us a certificate as well.

I made the reservation and they wrote back stating I can choose one of 3 choices as far as when, MAY, SEP, OR OCT. We choose Oct We did not receive any disclosure of any conditions or restrictions that mentioned we would be receiving something much of a lesser value. My wedding has been cancelled and so has my honeymoon. Family and friends who have already purchased tickets some have been able to get refunded but some have not. This is a huge embarrassment to me and I hope by going public no one else will have to go thru this as well.
