On Sept 19, 2010, I placed an order through the Trendy Princess website. On Oct 9, 2010 I received a shipping notification from Ms. Felicia Wycoff, which gave an apology for the delay and stated there would be "extras" as an apology. According to the shipping notification, I should have received my merchandise in 2-5 business days. Also, the notice stated that USPS was *expecting* the package but hadn't necessarily received it yet.
On Oct 25, 2010, I sent Ms. Wycoff an email requesting the status of my shipment. I never received a response. On Nov 3, 2010, I sent another request for confirmation and did not receive a response. Tonight I did a whitepages.com search and found a phone number; the number connects to an automated voicemail.
I immediately tried to file a dispute through PayPal, but that site gives me a message that they cannot investigate this type of transaction (I'm waiting for an answer as to "what type of transaction" they can't investigate; I should have an answer in 24-72 hours). I have also found at least 3 websites that have customer complaints filed against Ms. Wycoff. I sincerely doubt I will ever see the merchandise or get my money back.
