This company, which claims to have vast experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry, employs some of the most inept and derelict Customer Service Reps (CSR) in the business. On the company's home page they proclaim to "guarantee accurate messages" which is absolutely laughable. The CSR's get information wrong constantly and sometime seven give out incorrect information just for kicks. As an employee of a Tri-Cities client, I am absolutely amazed how this company remains in business. There appears to be virtually no oversight or quality control with respect to the CSR's and their performance. They also take forever to process simple customer purchase orders, even those with high degrees of urgency.
Tri-Cities Answering Service is an awfully poor example of a business information service and one that I would greatly discourage anyone from patronizing.
