Bad service
Watch out for the Tri-Clear scam.
If you order out a sample and pay for the freight, thirty days later they charge you full price and start sending you product every month.Just Like the Girls Gone Wild scam whitch they lost in court over.
The product in crappy and smells bad too.

Unauthorized charge!
I ordered the sample product with the understanding I would be charged shipping only. I had 14 days to return the product for a full refund if I was dissatisfied. My credit card was charged $69.99. The product did not work and was returned within 14 days. I received a $50 credit on my card - I should have been refunded all but the chipping ($6.95).

Using alias company name Acne Free to scam unknown victims!
I ordered a free trial of the so called acnefree product all I had to pay was a one time s/h fee of $6.95 .I received a package in the mail which I believed was what I was suppose to get. When I was checking on my account I noticed a charge for 69.95 so I called the number which was no longer in service. I checked on the internet for the name listed on the acne product it was called tri-clear. This company had its own site so I called to get my money back they said that it was passed the trial period I didn't order a trial period kit I ordered the free trial. The company informed me that even if I sent back the product that I would now get charged a $50.00 restocking fee. I informed the customer rep. that this charge was unauthorized that what I ordered was through a different company and wanted to know how or information was obtained by them. No answer to that they said it was done on their site or through a survey site none of which I did. Our financial institution will be looking into the matter to refund my money but do not trust these two companies they are scamming unknowing consumers.

acne got worse
My 18 year old son ordered the $6.95 trial offer of Tri-Clear acne treatment. His acne has gotten alot worse since using it. He was previously on Pro-Active with decent but not totally impressive results so he decided to give tri-clear a try. Tri-Clear is definitely a bad product! The claim that it works better than pro-active are completely false. To add insult to injury my son was not aware of the 14-day deadline to call and cancel so we were charged $69.95. I guess this is another one of those "live and learn" moments!

Charged $75.90 for free ($3.97) trial!
Signed up for the free trial (small bottles) and was charged (unauthorized) to credit card another $75.90. 'Scott' was rude and said I had to return the product and would still be charged $29.90 for restocking, even though it was used. Was also not told up front I needed a number sent in off the outside box long recycled. This is a scam. It is a poor product that does not work.
