This company calls and harrasses people to pay debts that are out of stat. They call and make horrible threats about executions from judges, a visit from the Sheriffs or Marshalls, and even go as far as to threaten one's credit report on accounts/paper they can't report. The company(s) make thier employees use alias' because the payday loans they don't have "legal" right to collect on. It is know that if a certain employee doesn't make his or her "quota" they don't recieve a "bonus" check nor will they be employed after 3-5 months. The company hires known embezzlers, ex-cons, drug dealers, and lawsuit junkies to tell YOU, the public that they will sue you if you don't pay. The to top it off, if you do pay and pay by moneygram then they take your identification # of payment and go and pocket the money and payment never shows on thier systems. Here's the best part of all of this... they add on $400 to $2000 in extra fees on payday loans and anywhere's from $500.00 to $20, 000.00 in credit card and bank overdrafts and never report it to the original lenders!!! This is factual information that will be released through the media very soon.
