hello i took a loan out from cash net usa i think last year. and when i did barrow the money from them i did have a bank account. something happened with my bank a web site was taking money from my account. i had it set up with them so they could take it out i had to close my account due to this issue. so i never paid the loan back not with intentions of never paying it back i had to get every thing back in order. but i just wanted to let someone know how rude tri financial was to me this guy named jordon called and first of all he called my work and he got me very upset at my work site. he told me that i never intended to pay back the loan that i gave them false information on this credit card. but the card is mine it is a pre paid card. i am very sorry that they might of prosessed the wrong information. then his tone of voice changed and he started yelling at me i dont think this is a very good way to treat people. i know they do have a job to do but they do not need to be so rude to people that are trying to do something about there issues of debt. he also hung up on me i was just so shocked of how he treated me. thank you
